To turn on Background App Refresh on your device, go to Settings, then tap on General. Select Background App Refresh and choose either 'Wi-Fi', 'Wi-Fi & Cellular Data', or 'Off'. You can also enable it for individual apps by scrolling down the list and toggling the switch next to each app. This allows apps to update content in the background.
