To make a picture transparent in PowerPoint, first select the image you want to modify. Go to the "Format" tab and click on "Transparency" in the Adjust group. Choose a preset transparency level or click on "Picture Transparency Options" for a custom setting. Adjust the slider and apply the changes to see your image become see-through!
