To change your background in Microsoft Teams before a meeting, start by opening the app and joining a meeting. Once in the meeting interface, click on the three dots (More actions) in the toolbar. Select "Apply background effects" and choose from the available options or upload your own custom image. Click "Apply" to set your background.
